ABOUT

ABOUT JOE
Joe Brattesani has been in the piano business for over 50 years. He started his musical journey at the age of 14 as an accordionist. His career in business began at the age 18 with a music store called “Joe Brattesani School of Music” which later became “Music City”. After 5 years, Joe became the General Manager of Sherman Clay (a music retailer in San Francisco) for 10 years. Later he opened his own major locations in San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Clara and the Sacramento Area.

In September of 1981, Joe took the initiative to approach Price Club (now Costco) starting what is called “The Road Shows” which made pianos available for sale at their special events. Joe had this vision and made it a reality. He was always thinking out of the box. Today the “Road Shows” are still a successful platform for the piano industry. Many years later, Joe sold all locations and “Bay Area Piano Rentals”, then continues with his Piano Tuning Service.
Joe has received top awards from Bosendorfer, Steinway & Sons, Schimmel, Baldwin, Petrof pianos, and Roland digitals.

His years of expertise in product knowledge and dedication for excellent customer service have made his journey very rewarding.
